By using GameVault and its services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing an order.
01. Acceptance
By using the platform you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using the service.
02. Account & eligibility
Registration information must be accurate and up to date. You must be 18+ (or use with parental consent). You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all account activity.
03. Orders & delivery
Most orders are delivered instantly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the Player ID — deliveries to a valid ID you provided are non-refundable.
04. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change without notice. Amounts are charged upon confirmation. Payment method fees are shown before completion. The wallet is an internal payment method only.
05. Refunds & cancellation
Orders can be cancelled and refunded before fulfilment starts. Successfully delivered orders to the correct Player ID are non-refundable. Failed orders are automatically refunded to your wallet.
06. Prohibited use
Fraud, unauthorised reselling, stolen payment methods, or attempts to compromise the system are prohibited. We may suspend or close violating accounts.
07. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and games mentioned belong to their owners. GameVault is an independent intermediary and is not officially affiliated with game publishers unless stated.
08. Limitation of liability
The platform is a digital top-up intermediary. We are not liable for bans or actions by game publishers for reasons outside our service. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
09. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes should first be resolved via support before escalation to competent authorities.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
